The authorization of transaction for investing/making payment of money to mutual fund will be construed as a binding contract between the chosen mutual fund and the customer. The mutual fund units shall be allotted at the asset value of the application date, if the application is received by the fund before the cut-off time (IST) as specified in the offer document. The application received after cut-off time (IST) as mentioned by the mutual fund, will be processed on the next working day. Broker Or the chosen mutual fund will not be liable for any delay in receipt of application for any reason. The funds to be invested shall pass through broker Bank account before being transferred to the respective mutual funds. Currently, this is required due to certain payment gateway limitations on the part of the respective banks due to which third party transfers cannot be facilitated online. In case of an IPO the units shall be allotted upon completion of allotment process. Also that the IPO is open only for the period specified by the mutual fund.
After the end of the IPO period, any forms submitted by the customer shall be liable for being rejected by the chosen mutual fund, and transfer of funds if any made by the customer for the said transaction shall be at the sole risk and liability of the customer. Investors are advised to read the risk factors carefully before taking an investment decision. Offer document(s) / abridged offer document(s) are available with mutual fund asset management companies and with broker as shown at offer document details. For taking an investment decision, investors must rely on their own examination of the issuer and offer, including risk involved. It is to be distinctly understood that the mutual fund schemes, being offered for investment, have not been recommended by broker nor has broker Sponsored any scheme.
Broker does not guarantee any returns on investments made in mutual fund scheme(s) by investors. Investment in mutual funds involves a degree of risk and investors should not invest any funds unless they can afford to take the risk of losing their investment. Broker Is in no way responsible for any loss of data, unauthorized transaction / error during the financial transaction and the customer hereby indemnifies both the mutual fund and broker and its employees for any loss arising as a result thereof. ODIN vas further provided for a single window access to ODIN ecosystem via connector software called ODIN connector (connector functionality) a broking gateway that enables routing of trades from third party portal including the one whose services you are consuming to your broker platform and pass back information to such portal/s to the extent required by the third party portal, to successfully fulfill the services being consumed by you to perform trading with ease and provide associated services (both collectively referred to as software application).
This is a contract between you and Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited setting out on the terms and conditions basis which you would be enrolled on ODIN vas provided by Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services as a buyer. These terms describe the limited basis on which the Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services are available and supersede prior agreements or arrangements. You agree that by registering, accessing or using Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Kedia Advisory. Use of Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract and for persons who are 18 years of age or older. Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited may amend these terms at Kedia Advisory sole discretion and make best efforts to notify you when major changes are made. User identification and verification you agree, that for seamless rendering of the third-party services consumed by you on the third party portal, ODIN connector shall register you as a user with Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited and collect the following information from you trade execution (broker) platform: a) your or your entities registered name; b) registration number (if any); c) PAN Card number; d) GST Number (if any); e) registered address; f) contact number (mobile number); g) copy of requisite licenses or permissions (if any); or h) authentic/valid email and such other information as requested by Kedia Advisory. You hereby grant Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited the right to access such documents verify the same, to authenticate and onboard you as a user. You acknowledge and agree that in the event Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited requires any further documents in relation to the onboarding and registration process either as user/partner/advisor, then you shall provide the same to facilitate and conclude the registration process. Further Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited shall have the right at any time to revise the onboarding and registration process and you agree to adhere to such revised process and provide the relevant documents to Kedia Advisory. Failure to adhere to such processes shall result in a unilateral suspension of your accounts. Further, you shall immediately update any change to your details from time to time on Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services. Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited reserves its right to suspend/cancel/restrict/withdraw/ terminate your account without any notice if the details provided are incorrect or incomplete.
Passwords and security you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password, and you are responsible for all activities under your account that you can reasonably control. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and you agree to promptly notify us if you have any reason to believe of any unauthorized use of your username, password or other account information, or of any other breach of security that you become aware of involving the Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services. Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited shall not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification. You understand and agree that connector functionality is a two-way communication wherein, a trade is directed in and execution details are being directed out to obtain consent from the end user. Therefore, Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited shall have the right to seek any information and/or data relating to trades executed by the end user and share such information and/or data with the relevant participants / entities of the connector functionality after seeking your consent. Electronic communications when you use any Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
We will communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, push notifications, phone call or by posting notices on this site or through the other Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services.
Intellectual property the Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services are our copyrighted property or the copyrighted property of our licensors or licensees and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and other intellectual property rights in the Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services are owned by us or our licensors or licensees or any affiliate companies. You agree that Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited owns all rights to the code, databases, visual-design and layout of the service. Event of Force Majeure shall mean such events or circumstances, which are beyond the control of Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited and which events could not have been reasonably foreseen or anticipated by Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited upon the exercise of due care and diligence, including but not limited to Kedia Advisory Services Private Limited services operations being materially impaired, hampered, interrupted, prevented, suspended, postponed or discontinued due to the acts of god, earthquake, floods, riots, lockouts, war, civil disturbance, fire, accidents, armed conflict etc. Government order or regulation, judicial order or decree (including without limitation injunctive relief, whether imposed on an industry wide basis or affecting Kedia Advisory), failure of technical facilities.
