7.1 Users Eligible for Full Deletion

Full permanent deletion is available for users:

• Have NOT performed any financial, transactional, or subscription activity

For such users, upon deletion request:

• Account will be permanently deactivated
• Personal data will be permanently deleted
• Data cannot be restored

7.2 Users Not Eligible for Full Deletion

If a user has made any financial, subscription, or monetary transaction, permanent deletion of records is restricted due to regulatory and compliance obligations.

In such cases:

• Account may be deactivated
• Certain data must be retained securely
• Retention is as per SEBI and statutory regulatory laws
• Retained data is NOT used for marketing purposes
• Data may be anonymized where permitted

7.4 Deletion Timeline

• Verification begins immediately after receiving valid request
• Deletion is completed within 7 to 30 days

This app is not intended for minors below 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is identified, we will delete it as permitted by law.
